Fiery food challenge, a competition sponsored by The Dallas Morning News, pit products against each other in more than 100 categories. Professional judges evaluate hundreds of sauces, salsas and other piquant delicacies and a first, second, and third place prizes in each category. Awards proudly displayed at ZestFest, spicy, spicy and flavorful food held in the same week as the Fiery food challenge on a brand new Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas.
